Patients’ experiences are driven by employee service performance. Freeman Group has addressed the service performance challenge through our robust measurement tool that measures business performance against specific standards developed by leaders. We work with acute care hospital systems, clinics, call centers, home health and hospice, and healthcare investment companies.

The Clinical Data Analyst supports the evaluation of trained hospitality standards in patient service-centric companies. The Analyst ensures quality and timely delivery of all Hospitality standards through real-time observations of staff. This individual will interact and engage with staff by experiencing all interactions from the perspective of a Patient. The Analyst is motivated, personable, independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
